I make a contact print with a digital negative onto silver-gelatin photo paper. I never develop the image. The latent image is suspended in a light-safe frame, never to be revealed. After displaying the piece I learn that the image slowly reveals itself over time. I lose control over the image despite my attempts to contain it.

I receive one letter, sent with the condition that I open it someday before I die.
